Cancellation Policy
Bookings must be made at least 30 days before the event. The examiner may accept shorter lead times, subject to EASA EDD an national competent LPC notification rules and regulations of the pilot candidate / license holder. For a revalidation LPC the general rules are (subject to FCL changes - the ATO nor the examiner can be held liable for this information for completeness or correctness): LPC can take place earliest 90days in advance of expiry to keep the same expiry date + 1 year for MPA type rating validity in case of pass grade of the LPC. LPC can be booked at anytime during validity of the valid pilots type rating endorsement in license. No cancellation by student / candidate pilot possible after booking! NO REFUND possible as we have to pre-pay the simulator rental for you once booked and confirmed. For LPC / LST / check sessions additional rules and restrictions as per EASA EDD and/or national license holder competent authority and/or EASA FCL may apply and may be overruling Jetline's booking policy or General Terms and Conditions. Minimum notification times to competent CAA prevail. NOTE: The instructor or examiner may cancel the booking or not accept the course or examination without obligation to give explanations as per law. In this case we reserve the right to refund total or partial paid amounts to student or candidate, if session was not confirmed by instructor / examiner or mentor on duty.
